<br />",. ... <br /> ! \ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. L,3 7 <br /> STATE OF MnrnESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NE'w BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZ ING TRANSFER FRO}! UNALLOCATED LIQUOR SURPLUS TO PARK <br />FUND <br />WHEREAS the Park Board in 1963 purchased playground equipment from Miracle <br />Equipment Company of Grinnell, Iowa to be paid in non-interest installments and <br />WHEREAS the equipment was not properly installed; nor were all component parts <br />furnished and <br />WHEREAS payment accordingly was not made per agreement and <br />WHEREAS the equipment has been properly installed and the parts, either not <br />originally provided or since damaged, have been replaced at no cost to the <br />Village and <br />WHEREAS the village is obligated to pay for the equipment and <br />WHEREAS funds were not allocated for the payment on this equipment. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of New Brighton that <br /> 1. An amount of $1,000.00 be transferred from <br /> unallocated liquor funds to the Park Fund. <br /> 2.
