' .;: ~ <br /> ,.'1' <br />l~ Such proposed assessment, a copy' of w4ich is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is <br />h~t::eby aCcepted and shall con~titute the speci~ assessment against the lands named therein, <br />. and: ea~ tract of land therein,. and each tract of land therein named is hereby found to be <br />.benefi~d by the proposed improvement in the amount' of the assessmentJeVled against it. <br />2~ Such assessment shall b43payable :in equal annual installments extending QVer a period <br />of fifteen (15) year~, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first ., <br />~onday in January t 1966, and shall bear inte~e.st at the rate of six (6) percent per, annum <br />from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolutio~ until December 31, 1966, and <br />to each subsequent instal~m.ent when due shall be' added interest for one year on all unpaid <br />installments. <br />3. .The Owner of any property'assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the <br />assessment' to the county auditor ,J)ay the whole of the assessment on such property, with <br />interest aC,cJ:1,J.ed to the date of pttyment, to the Village Treasurer, except that no interest <br />shall be clulrged if the entire asses$ment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this <br />resolutiQti; and he may, at any time thereafter, pay to the county Treasurer the entire amount <br />of the assessment r~m.ain:ihg u,npaid with interest accrued to December 31. . <br /> :i"' ..,'....v.". , ' ':,'}" .' ~ " <br /> . ~ . :~~! <br /> ., <br />
