" <br />~ ,,~ ( <br /> . , . . <br /> IMPROVEMENT 64-18: Interstate 694 frontage road from 27th Ave. NW to <br /> Stinson Blvd. <br /> by: Street grading, gravel base, bituminous surfacing, <br /> concrete curb & gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain and <br /> storm sewer. <br /> IMPROVEMENT 64-20: Mississippi street!rom Silver Lake Road to 24th Ave. NW <br /> by: Right-of-way acquisition and opening, street grading, <br /> sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, gravel base, <br /> bituplinous surfacing and concrete curb & gutter. <br /> and the total costs. incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts <br /> to $1,201,135. 35 and of this cost the Village will pay none as its share of the costs. <br /> NOW, THER.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NEW BRIGHTON, <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The cost of such improvement to be sPecially assessed is hereby declared to be <br /> $1,201, 135. 35. <br /> 2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer shall forthwith <br /> calculate the proper amount. to be specially assessed for such improvement against <br /> every assessable lot, piece grparc,el of long within the district affected, without <br /> r,egard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and she shall file a copy of such pro- <br /> posed assessment in her office for public inspection. <br /> 3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of s'Uch proposed assessment, notify the <br /> Council thereof. <br /> AND, WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has <br /> been completed <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE VILAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. A hearing shall be held on the 21st day of October, 1965, in the Village Hall at <br /> 7 :30P. M. to pass upon such proposed assessments and at such time and place all <br /> persons owning property affected by Such improvements will be given an opportunity <br /> to be heard with reference to s.uch assessments. <br /> 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause notice of the hearing on such pro- <br /> posed assessments to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks <br /> "":5- <br />f <br />
