I , All collections of special assessments for such improve- ments shall be paid into said Improvement Bonds of 1965 Fund and the proceeds of the bonds herein authorized shall be deposited in Improvement No. 64-21 Fund, Improvement No. 64-22 Fund, Improve- ment No. 64-23 Fund, Improvement No. 65-4 Fund, Improvement No. 65-5 Fund, Improvement No. 65-6 Fund, Improvement No. 65-10 Fund, Improvement No. 65-12 Fund, Improvement No. 65-13 Fund, Improvement No. 65-14 Fund, Improvement No. 65-15 Fund, Improvement No. 65-17 Fund, Improvement No. 65-22 Fund, Improvement No. 65-24 Fund, Improvement No. 65-25 Fund and Improvement No. 65-26 Fund, hereby created for the payment of the costs of such improvements and in proportion to the costs of such improvements. 7. The estimated collection of special assessments pledged for the payment of said bonds will produce at least five per cent in excess of the amount needed to meet, when due, the principal and interest payments on the bonds. The Clerk shall deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and obtain his certificate as required by law. 8. The Village Manager, Clerk and Treasurer are authorized and directed to prepare and furnish to the purchaser and to the attorneys approving the issue, certified copies of all proceedings and records relating to the issuance of said Improvement Bonds of 1965, and to the right, power and authority of the Village and its officers to issue the same, and said certified copies and certificates shall be deemed the represent- ations of the Village as to all matters stated therein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Andersen and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Andersen, Hag~und, Hipp and Jeffers and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
