''", " ( <br /> . <br /> After due consideration of all bids, Trustee Andersen <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF $875,000 <br /> IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1965 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village <br /> of New Brighton, as follows: <br /> 1. The bid of First National Bank of Saint Paul and Clnco~ Inc. <br /> to purchase $875,000 Improvement Bonds of 1965, on the terms set <br /> forth in the notice of sale is hereby determined to be the best <br /> bid and is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and Village Manager <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with the <br /> successful bidder and the Treasurer is instructed to return the <br /> good faith checks of all unsuccessful bidders forthwith. <br /> 2. The form of such bonds and the interest coupons to <br /> be thereto attached, which form is before this meeting,is hereby <br /> approved and the Manager is authorized to cause to be prepared <br /> printed bonds in such form and in the denominations and identifying <br /> the bank of payment specified by the successful bidder. <br /> 3. The Village Council shall meet on Tuesday <br /> the 8th day of June, 1965 at ,8JOO o'clock P.M., for the <br /> purpose of adopting a final resolution specifying all terms of <br /> the bonds, identifying the bond form, providing funds for <br /> their payment and authorizing and ratifying action necessary <br /> for their execution and delivery. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> was duly seconded by Trustee Haglund and upon vote <br /> being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Anderson, Andersen, Haglund, mpp and Jeffers <br /> and the following voted against the same: None <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
