<br /><rr .. <br />to' ') <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6S-:?J. <br /> <br />STATE OF In:NlIESOTA <br />COUNTY OF P.Al.mY <br />VILLAGE OF NEtf BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE VILLAGE INTENTION TO PA..LtTICIPATE IN' TlIB; <br />Com~TY DITCH 2 PROJECT ON A COOPERATIVE APPROACH tilTH OTHER AGENCIES <br />IN THE WATER SHED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of lfi.nnesota, Department of Highways, proposes to make certai:'t <br />improvements on County Ditch 2 and portions of the Village of New Brighton are <br />within the water shed of this ditch or its tributaries, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of New Brigh- <br />ton that the Village is ,f-Llling to participate in the County Ditch 2 project on <br />a cooperative approach with other agencies within the water shed. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ne1tl Brighton that <br />the State of Hinnesota, Department of Highways be urged to make a preliminary <br />study of the overall water shed of this ~ea to determine the extent of improve- <br />ment required. <br /> <br />Adopted this 11th day of Hay, 1965. <br /> <br /> <br />f)~O.~ <br /> <br />I~yor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />,..,), .-,!' t <br /> <br />~:i~~:/~::{ ,.
