Corp. L1m1t$ to Minn. Tranater R7. ; and WHEREAS in order to obtain Federal Aid in the construction of said Trunk Highway Number ~ renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 8 the Bureau of Public Roads requires the assurance that the Village of Nev Brighton will not suffer any encroachment of any nature or kind whatsoever on the right of way of said Trunk Highway Number 63 renum- bered as Trunk Highway Number 8 within the corporate limits of the said VUla8e of New Brighton ; and WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways desires in the interest of public safety that all parking of vehicles on said trunk highway be para- llel with the curb and at least 20 feet from any crosswalk. NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said Village of New Brighton does hereby agree and covenant that it will never permit or suffer, within its corporate limits, any encroachment of any kind whatsoever, including curb gas pumps and gas stations, billboards or other structures g; any kind whatsoever, upon the right of way of Trunk Highway Number . renum- bered as Trunk Highway Number 8 and to the above end sai~ of Nww Bri&hton hereby agrees that it will never issue any license, permit, or grant, or give any leave or liberty or any other consent of whatever form for the construction or maintenance of any encroachment
