<br />~'" ~. . f <br />t <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65-44 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON AND SKYLINE BUILDERS RELATING TO <br />PAYMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT 65-22 ON 1st AVENUE N.W. FROM 6th STREET TO <br />10th STREET N.W. <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS Improvement 65-22 for the improvement of 1st Avenue N.~. from 6th Street <br />to 10th Street has been ordered by the Village Council in recognition that <br />such improvement being primarily to the benefit of abuting property on each <br />side of 1st Avenue N.W. and <br /> <br /> <br />WHKREAS;Skyline Builders has indicated its willingness to pay the entire cost <br />of such improvement and have submitted a written ;:greement to that effect. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Manager and Mayor are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute on beHalf of the Village of New Brighton <br />an agreeme.t between the Village and providing for the payment of Improvemellt <br />65-22 by such Corporation, a copy of such agreemeat being attached hereto <br />and being made part hereof. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 27th day of April, 1965~ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />lltlILil~~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />jl <br />,<~'" <br /> <br />~J:.f./ ./ ./;(77 fl~~(7.,~, -1./ <br />Vi lage Cle ' './ <br />ATTEST: <br />SEAL <br />
