~ .. -- . t' "'d ( Form 2523 (4-62) RES 0 L UTI 0 N 65 -32 At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village - of New Bri2:hton duly held on the 23 day of March , 19 65 , the follow- ing Resolution was offered by Andersen , ; seconded by Haglund , ; to-wit: WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35'vJ within the corporate limits of the Village of N~J' Brighton from the Norlh Corporate Limits . tc South Coroorate Limits ; and WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6284-4'5 (T.E. '''Ylf=194) ; and WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6284-45 (T.E. 35'1111=394) Minn. Proj. I 3511-3 (66) 116 , which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated May 1, 1959, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improve- ment of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35W ; and WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, laDeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "sa.id_plans a.nd speciaL provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the f~regoing recitals particularly identified and described.
