<br /> . <br /> . <br /> ~ , <br /> , <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6; ~--.2 r; <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS ON <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the Village Council <br />on Fe.bruary 4, Fp.b:'1I1Ary ?oJ) Ann MAl""n 9 J J 9nc; the Village <br />Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the following im- <br />provements: <br /> 64...21 , 22. 23, 65~4,5t6?10,12. 13, 14, 15t 17, 22, 24, 25 and a26. <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the council for <br />approval: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br /> COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA: <br />l. Such plans and specifications a copy of which are attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause t<:> be inserted in the <br />official paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for <br />bids upon the making of such improvement under approved plans and <br />specifications.
