I <br /> , , <br /> . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-24 <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STA TE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 65-22 <br /> AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the <br /> 12th day of January , 19 ~, fixed a date for a council hearing <br /> on the following proposed improvement: <br /> IMPROVEMENT 65-22 <br /> 1st Ave. NW from 6th St. to 10th St. <br /> Right-of-way acquisition, street grading, gravel <br /> base, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb. <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through <br /> two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing <br /> contin1J.E()d o~J1ebr~ry 25 and March 9, 1965. <br /> was held on February ,1 5, an , at which time all persons <br /> desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br /> there being no objections; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CODNCIL OF THE <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON: <br /> 1- Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council <br /> resolution adopted the 12 day of January , 19~. <br /> 2. Milner Carley and Associates is hereby designated as the <br /> engineer for this improvement.
