Carley and Associates with reference to the following <br /> improvement: <br />IMPROVEMENT 65-26 <br />19th Ave. N. W. from 14th St. to 16th St. <br />20th Ave. N. W. from 14th St. to 16th St. <br />22nd Ave. N. W. from 14th St. to 16th St. <br />16th St. N. W. from 22nd Ave. N~ W. to 18th Sve. N. W. <br />by right-of-way acquisition, grading, sanitary sewer, watermaint <br />storm sewer, gravel base, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb &guttl <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br /> COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA: <br />l. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance <br /> with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br /> portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes, <br /> Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chp. 398, as amended) at an <br /> estimated total cost of the improvement of ~ 1 i:iJ . J sn _SO . <br />2. A publie hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br /> on the 9th day of March , 1 Q6J:5 in the <br /> Village Hall at ~!pO o'clock P.
