Brighton, l'Iinn., <br />as follm-rs: <br />c"JHfui.EI~.S , pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law the <br />Village Council has net and heard and passed upon all obj ections to the <br />proposed assessment for the improvenent of: <br /> Sil ver Lake Hd. fronl Inters-Gate 694 to County 3,oad IIHn <br /> By: Right of way acquisition and concrete curb and gutter. <br />NO.1 THEElEFOFlE, BE rI' c{ESOLVED BY THE VILLAG?~ COUNCIL OF .llfj~d BFtIGH'r'JH, <br />HI Ni'JJ:~,sO'l'A: <br />1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of Hhich is attached hereto and made <br />a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment <br />against the lands nmaed thsTIsin, and each tract of land therein, and each <br />tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposej <br />improvenent in the mllollnt of the assessment levied against it. <br />2. SUC~l assessment shall be payabille in equal annual installInents extending <br />over a period of fifteen (15) years, the first of the installments to be <br />payable on or before the first Ilonda;;r in January, 1967, and shall hear <br />interest at the r2"te of six percent (6%) per annum from the date of the <br />adoption of this assessment resolution until December 31, 1967. To each <br />subsequent installment \1hen due shall be added interest for one (1) year <br />on all unpaid installments. <br />3. The Ome.' of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to <br />certification of the as;3eDsment to the county auditor, pay t.he \1hole of <br />the assessment on such property, Hi th Interest aecrued to the d ate of payment, <br />to the Village Treasurer, except that no interest shall be charged if the <br />entire assessment is paid Hi thin 30 days from the adoption of this resolutj_on; <br />and he may, at any time thereafter, pay to the county treasurer the entire <br />amount of the a,3sessment remaining unpaid wi'bh interest accrued to Decerr;bar <br />31 of the year in Hhich such payment is made. <br />4.
