Such proposed assessment, a copy of whicrr is attcJChed hereto and me.de a <br />port hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constit~ the special assessment <br />against the lands named the:cein, and each tr8.ct of land therein, and each <br />tract of land therein incJuried is hereby found to be benefited by the <br />proposed imporvement in the wnount of the assessment levied a!.:;aim;t it. <br />2. ;Juch aSsessnent shall be payable in equal annual installments extending <br />over a period of fifteen (15) yeaTS, the first of the installment to be <br />payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1967, and shall bear <br />interest at the rate of six percent (6~s) per aJ:1..num from the date of the <br />adoption of Ghis assessment resolution. until December 1.1, 1966. To each <br />subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one (1) Y'3frI' on <br />all unpaid installments. <br />3.
