<br /> ,.,.. .~ <br />.... <br />'" <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 293 <br /> VILLAGE OF NEvI BRIGHTON <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF EII\fNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTIHG ASSESSl,lElTT ON ]J.{fROVEHEl'TT 65-12 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, l{illi1esota, <br />as follol-ls: <br />WliliREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law the Village <br />council has met and heard 8nd passed upon all objections to the proposed <br />assessment for the improvement of: <br /> 15th Ave. S1I1 from Foss Road to cul de sac <br /> Cord Circle from 15th Ave. ml to cul de sac <br /> Lnperial Lane from Continental Dr. to cul de sac <br /> Rolls Road trom 15th Ave. SW to Continental Dr. <br /> Benz Road from Rolls Road to Imperial Lane <br /> by: Right of vlay acquisition, grading, s8J1itE'-I'Y sewer, I-JO.termain, <br /> storm sewer, gravel base, concrete curb & gutter, biturainous <br /> surfacing. <br />NOW, THJ:!...""'li.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAG:t~ CClmCIL OF NEW BRIGHTON, HIKNESOTA: <br />1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of ",hich is 2ttached hereto and made a part <br />hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against <br />the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein, and each tract of <br />land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed llaproveme~t <br />in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br />2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending <br />over a period of fifteen (15) years, the first of the installments to be <br />payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1967, and shall bear interest <br />at the rate of six percent (61s) per annum from the date of the adoption of <br />this a"sessment resolution until December 31, 1967. To each subsequent <br />instal~aent when due shall be added interest for one (1) year on all lli1paid <br />installments. <br />3.
