(S) If such improvement is in fact ordered by the Village~ it is agreed that the rea- sonable value of the easements for ponding and flowage rights being conveyed by Owners to Village herein are of a value equal to or in excess of the amount of money that OWners land might otherwise be assessed for such improvement and that therefore the Village does co:venant and agree hereby that the land of Owners as described in para- -2-
