" <br />t , <br />~ .... <br /> RESOlUTION NO. 226 <br /> STATE OF JvInrNESOTA <br /> OOUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> A RESOlUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSAL OF NORTHERN STATES <br /> POvrER COl1P ANY <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota, hereby accepts the proposal of the NORTHERN <br />STATES POWER COMPANY, a :ttJinnessta corporation, to furnish street <br />lighting service with all lights located or to be located in said <br />Village, and here by approves all rates, terms, conditions, and speci- <br />fications in the Street Lighting Contract made a part of the proposal <br />of said company, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute the aforesaid Contract for and <br />in the name of the Village, and to affix the corporate seal thereto. <br />Adopted this //) day Of'~, 1966. <br /> ! <br /> \ aLRu ~ <br /> I / ' <br /> t, , /" <br /> , I l.-Y-n. ~ <br /> Donald A.
