All bonds of this issue maturing in the years 1979 to 1981, both inclusive, are subject to redemption and prior payment at the option of the Village and in inverse numerical order on April 1, 1978 and any interest payment date thereafter at par and accrued interest. Thirty days' prior notice will be given by mail to the bank where the bonds are payable and to the last known holder. Holders desiring to receive such notice must register their names, addresses and bond numbers with the Village Clerk. This bond is one of an issue of bonds in the aggregate principal amount of $266,000, all of like date and tenor except as to maturity date, interest rate, denomination and redemption privilege, all issued pursuant to and in full conformity with the Constitution and Laws of the State of Minnesota, including Chapter 429, Minnesota Statutes, for the purpose of defraying the expenses incurred and refunding temporary improvement bonds issued in connection with Projects 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 of Improvement No. 63-10 of the Village, consisting of acquisition and improvement of various streets in the Village by or with grading, gravel base, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewers, storm sewers and watermains, and is payable primarily from special assessments to be co~lected fromproperty specially benefited thereby from its Improvement Bonde of 1966 Fund, but constitutes a general obligation of the Villag~and to provide moneys for the prompt and full payment of said principal and interest as the same become due the full faith and credit of the Village is hereby irrevocably pledged, and the Village will levy ad valorem taxes, if required for such purpose, without limitation as to rate or amount. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED AND RECITED That all acts, condi- tions and things required by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Minnesota to be done, to happen, and to be performed precedent to and in the issuance of this bond have been done, have happened and have been performed in regular and due form, time and manner as required by law; and that this bond, together with all other indebtedness of the Village outstanding on the date hereof and the date of its actual issuance and delivery, does not exceed any constitutional or statutory limitation thereon. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Village of New Brighton, Ramsey County, Minnesota, by its Village Council, has caused this bond to be executed by the Mayor and the Village Manager and sealed with the corporate seal of said Village and the interest coupons thereto attached to be executed and authenticated by the facsimile signatures of said officers, all as of April 1, 1966.
