<br /> . l' I <br /> . . , . . <br /> All collections of special a$sessments for such improve- <br /> ment projects hereafter collected shall be paid into said Improve- <br /> ment Bonds of 1966 Fund and the proceeds of the bonds herein authori- <br /> zed shall be deposited in the Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1964 <br /> Fund to pay that part of the principal and interest on the $800,000 <br /> Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1964, dated May 1, 1964 and due May 1, <br /> 1966 which cannot be paid from prepayments of special assessments <br /> heretofore levied on account of Projects 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 of <br /> Improvement 63-10 of the Village. <br /> 7. The estimated collection of said unpaid special <br /> assessments pledged for the payment of said bonds will produce at <br /> least five per cent in excess of the amount needed to meet, when due~ <br /> the principal and interest payments on the bonds. The Clerk shall <br /> deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor <br /> of Ramsey County and obtain his certificate as required by law. <br /> 8. The Village Manager, Clerk and Treasurer are <br /> authorized and directed to prepare and furnish to the purchaser and <br /> to the attorneys approving the issue, certified copies of all <br /> proceedings and records relating to the issuance of said Improvement <br /> Bonds of 1966, am to the right, power and authority of the Village <br /> and its officers to issue the same, and said certified copies and <br /> certificates shall be deemed the representations of the Village as <br /> to all matters stated therein. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> was duly seconded by Trustee Jeffers and upon vote <br /> being taken thereon the fOllowing voted in favor thereof: <br /> Anderson, Andersen, Hipp, Jeffers and Nabozney <br /> and the following voted against the same: None <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
