All collections of special a$sessments for such improve- ment projects hereafter collected shall be paid into said Improve- ment Bonds of 1966 Fund and the proceeds of the bonds herein authori- zed shall be deposited in the Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1964 Fund to pay that part of the principal and interest on the $800,000 Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1964, dated May 1, 1964 and due May 1, 1966 which cannot be paid from prepayments of special assessments heretofore levied on account of Projects 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 of Improvement 63-10 of the Village. 7. The estimated collection of said unpaid special assessments pledged for the payment of said bonds will produce at least five per cent in excess of the amount needed to meet, when due~ the principal and interest payments on the bonds. The Clerk shall deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and obtain his certificate as required by law. 8. The Village Manager, Clerk and Treasurer are authorized and directed to prepare and furnish to the purchaser and to the attorneys approving the issue, certified copies of all proceedings and records relating to the issuance of said Improvement Bonds of 1966, am to the right, power and authority of the Village and its officers to issue the same, and said certified copies and certificates shall be deemed the representations of the Village as to all matters stated therein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Jeffers and upon vote being taken thereon the fOllowing voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Andersen, Hipp, Jeffers and Nabozney and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
