W. from Mississippi street to Rice Creek Terrace <br />Leona Drive from Mississippi street to Rice Creek Terrace <br />Rice Creek Terrace from East line of Lund's 1st Addition to 26th Ave. N. W. <br />by: <br />acquiring, opening, widening street right-<E-way, grading, sanitary sewer, water main, <br />storm sewer, gravel base, bituminous surfacing, concreteAilif'gutter. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through <br /> <br />two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing <br /> <br />was held on March 1, 196() , at which time all persons <br /> <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br /> <br /> <br />there being no objections; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council <br /> <br />resolution adopted the 8 day of Februarv , 19 ---22.... <br /> <br /> <br />2. Milner Carley and Associates is hereby designated as the <br /> <br /> <br />engineer for this improvement.
