<br />. ~ <br />.. 458 <br />~ RESOLUTION NO. <br />.. <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> OOUNTY OF RAMsEY <br /> S'I'ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON IMPROVEMENT 66-10 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the 'Village Council or the Village ot New Brighton, <br /> Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. ... <br /> WHEREAS; pursuant to proper notioe duly giVen as required by law <br /> the Village CoW'lcU ha~ met and h~ard and passed upon all <br /> objeotions to the proposed a~sessment for the Improvement <br /> of: <br /> Cleveland Ave. from 14th' st. N. W. to cul de sac <br /> Acquisition of right-of-way, :torm sewer, grading, <br /> by: gravel base, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb <br /> & gutter. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINN., <br /> 1. Such proposed assessment, a oopy -of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a par:b hereof, is hereby accepted and shall cons1tute the special assess- <br /> ment against the lands named therein, aDd eaoh tract of land therein <br /> included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in <br /> the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> 2. Su.,h assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extendirLf <br /> over a period of fifteen (15) years, the first of the annual installments <br /> to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 19h~, and <br /> shall bear interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per anIlUlll. from the <br /> date of the adoption of this assessment resolution until December 31,-.!!!...l <br /> to each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one <br /> (1) year on all unpaid installments. <br /> 3. The Owner of any property se assessed may, at any time prior to <br /> oertifioation of the assessment to the county auditol\, pay the whole of <br /> the assessment on suoh property, with interest accrued to the date of <br /> payment, to the Village Treasurer, except that no interest shall be ohargee <br /> if the entire assessment is paid wi thin 30 days from the adoption of this <br /> resolution; and he may, at any time thereafter, pay t'O the county treasureI <br /> the entire amount 'Of the assessment remaining unpaid with interest accr.ued <br /> to December 31 of the year in which such payment is made. <br /> 4.
