Y - RESOLUTION NO. 450 <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />OOUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON IMPROVEMENT 66-JL <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village CouncU of the Village of New Brighton, <br />Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />WIiEREAS; pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law <br />the Village Council has met and heard and passed upon all <br />objections to the Proposed assessment for tbe'Improvement <br />of: <br /> <br />Rississippi St. from Stinson Blva. to 29th Ave. N.W. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />by: Acquisition of right-of-way, grading, gravel base, <br />sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous <br />surfacing, concrete curb & gutter <br />:row THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINN. <br /> <br />'i. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached. hereto and made <br />h parn hereof, is hereby accepted and shall consitute the special assess- <br />loont against the lands named therein, anii each tract of land therein <br />:Lncluded is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in <br />",he amolmt of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br />:~. Su.,h assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending <br />:>ver a period of fifteen (15 ) years , the first of the annual installments <br />1,0 be payable on or before the first Monday in January, . 1968 , and <br />:lhall bear interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum from the <br />,c~ate of the adoption of this assessment resolution until December 31, 67 , <br />liO each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one <br />(1) year on all unpaid installments. <br /> <br />,:. The Owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to <br />~ertification ot the assessment to the county auditor, pay the whole of <br />":he assessment on such property, with interest accrued to the date of <br />!ayment, to the Village Treasurer, except that no interest shall be charged <br />f the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this <br />esolutionj and he may, at any time thereafter, pay to the county treasurer <br />,:he entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid with interest accrued <br />to December 31 of the year in whi~h such payment, is made. <br /> <br />I...
