" <br />, '\ Ir~ ~.- 1- r ' .' . <br /> 'f <br /> Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br /> Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Villa.ge Council of the Village of New Brighton, <br />Minnesota~ was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village <br />on Tuesday , the 12th day of September , 1967 at 8:-00 o'clock <br />p.M., C.D.S.T. <br /> The followinq members were present: <br /> Anderson, Hipp, Moen and Nabozney <br />and the followinq were absent: Jeffers <br /> ** * * * * * * * <br /> Trustee Nagozney introduced the following resolu- <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION FIXING THE FORM AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> OF $650,000 TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1967, <br /> PROVIDING FOR THEIR EXECUTION AND DELIVERY AND <br /> CREATING FUNDS FOR THEIR PAYMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />New Brighton, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> 1. All action heretofore taken in connection with the <br />issuance and sale of $650,000 Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1967, <br />is hereby ratified and confirmed, including the award of the sale <br />thereof to NORTHWESTERN NATIONAL BANK OF MINNE;APOLIS <br />on its bid to purchase bonds bearing interest as follows: <br /> All bonds at 4.00% plus additional interest on all bonds <br /> represented by extra coupons at the rate of 2.00% from <br /> November 8, 1967 to April 1, 1968 <br />at a price of par, accrued interest and a premium of $ none <br />
