<br /> . <br /> , ... <br /> - <br /> . <br /> (Form of Coupon) <br /> No. 0 $ . <br /> [Unless the bond described below has been called for earlier redemption] <br /> On the 1st day of October (April) , 19 , the Village of New <br /> Brighton, Ramsey County, Minnesota, will pay to bearer at the main <br /> office of <br /> the sum shown hereon for interest then due on its Park Bond of 1967, <br /> dated October 1, 1967, No. . <br /> (Facsimile) <br /> Mayor <br /> (Facsimile) <br /> Village Manager <br /> (Form of Village Clerk's Certificate) <br /> I, the undersigned, Village Clerk of the Village of New <br /> Brighton, Minnesota, hereby certify that except for the date line, <br /> the above is a full, true and compared copy of the legal opinion of <br /> Messrs. Faegre & Benson, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, which was <br /> delivered to me upon delivery of the bonds and is now in file in <br /> my office. <br /> (Facsimile) <br /> Village Clerk <br /> Village of New Brighton, Minnesota <br /> 5. The bonds shall be prepared under the direction of the <br /> Village Manager, and when so prepared shall be executed on behalf of <br /> the village by the Mayor and the Village Manager and sealed with the <br /> village seal and the interest coupons shall be executed and authenti- <br /> cated by the printed facsimile signatures of said Mayor and Village <br /> Manager. The legal opinion of Messrs. Faegre & Benson, of Minneapolis, <br /> Minnesota, respecting the validity and enforceability of the bonds <br /> shall be printed on the reverse side of each bond and shall be <br /> certified by the facsimile signature of the Village Clerk. When <br /> the bonds shall have been so prepared and executed, they shall be <br /> delivered by the Clerk and Treasurer in exchange for the purchase <br /> pr~ce and upon receipt of the signed legal opinion of Messrs. Faegre <br /> &I Benson, ahd. the purchaser shall not be required to see to the <br /> proper application of the proceeds. <br /> 6. There is hereby created a separate sinking fund for <br /> the bonds, which fund spall be held by the Treasurer of the village <br /> and shall be used for no other purpose than to pay principal of and <br /> interest on said bonds; provided, however, that if any payment of <br /> principal or interest shall become due when there is not sufficient <br /> money in said fund to pay the same, the Treasurer may pay such prin- <br /> cipal or interest from the general fund of the village and such fund <br /> shall be reimbursed for such advances out of the proceeds of taxes <br /> herein levied. <br />
