<br /> - - <br /> - . ) <br /> " <br /> After due consideration of all bids, Trustee Jeffers <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF $650,000 <br /> TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1967 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> New Brighton, as follows: <br /> 10 The bid of Northwestern National Bank of ~{inneapolis <br /> to purchase $650,000 Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1967, on the <br /> terms set forth in the notice of sale is hereby determined to be <br /> the best bid and is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and Village <br /> Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract <br /> with the successful bidder and the Treasurer is instructed to <br /> return the good faith checks of all unsuccessful bidders forthwith. <br /> 20 The form of such bonds and the interest coupons to <br /> be thereto attached, which form is before this meeting, is hereby <br /> approved and the Manager is autho~ized to cause to be prepared <br /> bonds in such form and in the denominations and identifying the <br /> bank of payment specified by the successful bidder. <br /> 3. The Village Council shall meet on Tuesday , the 12th <br /> day of Septembe~ 1967 at 8.00 0' clock P.M., for the purpose of <br /> adopting a final resolution specifying all terms of the bonds, <br /> identifying the bond form, providing funds for their payment and <br /> authorizing and ratifying action necessary for their execution <br /> and deli very.' <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resq}ution <br /> was duly seconded by Trustee Nabozney and upon vote being <br /> taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Hipp <br /> Jeffers, Moen and Nabonzey <br /> and the following voted against the same: None <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> ! <br />
