After due consideration of all bids for both series of bonds, Trustee Moen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF $500,000 PARK BONDS AND $1,000,000 SEWAGE FACILITY BONDS BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, as follows: 10 The bid of White, Weld & Co. to purchase $500,000 Park Bonds and $1,000,000 Sewage Facility Bonds, on the terms set forth in the notice of sale is hereby deter- mined to be the best bid and is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and Village Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with the successful bidder and the Treasurer is instructed to return the good faith checks of all unsuccessful bidders forth- witho 20 The form of such bonds and the interest coupons to be thereto attached, which forms" are before this~eeting, are hereby ap- proved and the Manager is authorized to cause to be prepared bonds in such forrnsand in the denominations and identifying the bank of payment specified by the successful biddero 3. The Village Council shall meet on Tuesday, the I ).... day of SeFtember, 1967 at 8' :00 o! clock P.M., for the purpose of adopting inal resolutions specifying all terms of the bonds, identifying the bond form, providing funds for their payment and authorizing and ratifying action necessary for their execution and deliveryo The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Nabozney and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Hipp, Jeffers, Moen and Nabozney and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
