<br /> ;p , <br /> ... <br /> After due consideration of all bids for both series of <br /> bonds, Trustee Moen introduced the following resolution <br /> and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF $500,000 PARK BONDS AND <br /> $1,000,000 SEWAGE FACILITY BONDS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> New Brighton, as follows: <br /> 10 The bid of White, Weld & Co. <br /> to purchase $500,000 Park Bonds and $1,000,000 Sewage Facility <br /> Bonds, on the terms set forth in the notice of sale is hereby deter- <br /> mined to be the best bid and is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and <br /> Village Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute a <br /> contract with the successful bidder and the Treasurer is instructed <br /> to return the good faith checks of all unsuccessful bidders forth- <br /> witho <br /> 20 The form of such bonds and the interest coupons to be <br /> thereto attached, which forms" are before this~eeting, are hereby ap- <br /> proved and the Manager is authorized to cause to be prepared bonds <br /> in such forrnsand in the denominations and identifying the bank of <br /> payment specified by the successful biddero <br /> 3. The Village Council shall meet on Tuesday, the I ).... <br /> day of SeFtember, 1967 at 8' :00 o! clock P.M., for the purpose of <br /> adopting inal resolutions specifying all terms of the bonds, <br /> identifying the bond form, providing funds for their payment and <br /> authorizing and ratifying action necessary for their execution <br /> and deliveryo <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> was duly seconded by Trustee Nabozney and upon vote being <br /> taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Hipp, <br /> Jeffers, Moen and Nabozney <br /> and the following voted against the same: None <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
