<br /> . . and has presented such plans and specifications to the Couricil
<br /> for approval'

<br /> "., ' , NOW THEREFORE ,BE IT 1:ISOLlrED by the Village Council of New Brighton, Minn.:
<br /> 1. 'Such plans and specifications are hereby approved.
<br /> 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to' be inSerted
<br /> in the official paper and in the Construction BulletiDt:an advertisement for
<br /> bids tor making of such improvement under such approved plans and speci-
<br /> fications. The advertisement shall be published for three (.3) weeks,
<br /> .. ,shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and
<br /> considered by the council at 2:00 P.M. DDT on August 17 , 1967, in the Council
<br /> '. ChB.m;be,rs of the, Village Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless '
<br /> sealed and filed with the clerk and accompanied Qya bid bond or certified
