A preliminary reporting of survey results will be submitted <br /> on or about August 15, 1967, and a completed report will be submitted on <br /> or about September 15, 1967. Questions to and advice from the CONSULTANT, <br /> and other consulting service relating to the survey, shall continue to be <br /> available to the PARTICIPATING MUNICIPALITIES up to March 31, 1968, as <br /> specified in Paragraph 1 hereof. <br /> 5. In consideration of the satisfactory completion of the <br /> specified services, the PARTICIPATING MUNICIPALITIES agree to pay to <br /> the CONSULTANT a consulting fee of not less than $7,300.00 and not more <br /> than $10,000.00, depending on the time involved and the final definition <br /> of the scope of the survey to be conducted. <br /> The above consulting fee will include all expenses incidental <br /> to the conduct of this survey and reporting of same, together with a <br /> minimum of two meetings with officials of the PARTICIPATING MUNICIPALITIES <br /> involved to discuss and explain all phases of the survey report. <br /> -2- <br />
