<br /> . <br /> The proceeds of the bonds herein authorized shall be <br /> deposited in the Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1963 Fund to pay <br /> part of the principal and interest on the $275,000 Temporary Improve- <br /> -ment Bonds of 1963, dated October 1, 1963. The remaining principal <br /> and interest, if any, due on said Temporary Improvement Bonds of <br /> 1963 shall be paid from special assessments heretofore collected in <br /> respect of said Improvement No. 63-11 and on deposit to the Tempor- <br /> ary Improvement Bonds of 1963 Fund. The balance of said assessments <br /> heretofore collected and moneys in the Temporary Improvement Bonds <br /> of 1963 Fund and all collections of special assessments for such <br /> Improvement hereafter collected shall be paid into said Improvement <br /> Bonds of 1967 Fund. <br /> 7. The estimated collection of said unpaid fpecial <br /> assessments pledged for the payment of said bonds will 'Produce at <br /> lea~t five per cent in excess of the amount needed to meat, when <br /> due, the principal and interest payments on the bonds. The Clerk <br /> shall deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the County <br /> Auditor of Ramsey County and obtain his certificate as required <br /> by law. <br /> 8. The Village Manager, Clerk and Treasurer are authori- <br /> zed and directed to prepare and furnish to the purchaser and to <br /> the attorneys approving the issue, certified copies of all proceed- <br /> ings and records relating to the issuance of said Improvement Bonds <br /> of 1967, and to the right, power and authority of the Village and <br /> its officers to issue the same, and said certified copies and <br /> certificates shall be deemed the representations of the Village <br /> as to all matters stated therein. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> was duly seconded by Trustee Nabozney and upon vote being <br /> taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Anderson, Hipp, Jeffers, Moen, Nabozney <br /> and the following voted against the same: none <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
