. The proceeds of the bonds herein authorized shall be deposited in the Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1963 Fund to pay part of the principal and interest on the $275,000 Temporary Improve- -ment Bonds of 1963, dated October 1, 1963. The remaining principal and interest, if any, due on said Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1963 shall be paid from special assessments heretofore collected in respect of said Improvement No. 63-11 and on deposit to the Tempor- ary Improvement Bonds of 1963 Fund. The balance of said assessments heretofore collected and moneys in the Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1963 Fund and all collections of special assessments for such Improvement hereafter collected shall be paid into said Improvement Bonds of 1967 Fund. 7. The estimated collection of said unpaid fpecial assessments pledged for the payment of said bonds will 'Produce at lea~t five per cent in excess of the amount needed to meat, when due, the principal and interest payments on the bonds. The Clerk shall deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and obtain his certificate as required by law. 8. The Village Manager, Clerk and Treasurer are authori- zed and directed to prepare and furnish to the purchaser and to the attorneys approving the issue, certified copies of all proceed- ings and records relating to the issuance of said Improvement Bonds of 1967, and to the right, power and authority of the Village and its officers to issue the same, and said certified copies and certificates shall be deemed the representations of the Village as to all matters stated therein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Nabozney and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Hipp, Jeffers, Moen, Nabozney and the following voted against the same: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
