c ~ I ~ RESOLUTION NO. 605 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY or RAMSEY VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON IMPROVEMENT 67-18 [IE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton~ Minnesota as follows: i~EREAS pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law the Village Council has met and hea~and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the improvement of = Improvement 67-18 23rd Ave. N. I~W THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of New Brighton, Minnesota 1. Such proposed assessment as amended, a copy of wh~ch i's attachEd hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall consti-. tute the special assessment against the lands named therein, and , vach tract of land therein, included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assess- ment levied against it. 2. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the assessment to tbe county auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such property, with interest accrued . to the date of payment to the Village Treasurer except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from tbe adoption of this resolution; and he may, at any time thereafter, pay to the county treasurer the entire amOllnt of the assessment remaining unpaid with interest accrued to DecembE~r 31 ef the year in which such payment is made. 4.
