The village shall forthwith issue its Improvement <br />Bonds of 1968, in the aggregate principal amount of $950,000, dated <br />June 1, 1968, to bear interest as above set forth, payable December <br />1, 1968 and semiannually thereafter on June 1 and December 1 in <br />each year, and to mature serially on June 1 in the years and amounts <br />as follows: <br /> <br />$40,000 in 1970, <br />70,000 in 1971 and 1972, <br />70,000 in 1973 and 1974, <br />70,000 in 1975 to 1977, <br />70,000 in 1978 and 1979, <br />70,000 in 1980 and 1981, <br />70,000 in 1982 and 1983, all years inclusive, <br /> <br />all without option of prior payment. <br /> <br />3. Both principal and interest shall be payable at <br /> <br />American National Bank Pllci Trust Co. St. Pa1.:.l, H:tnnesot8. <br /> <br /> <br />and the Village shall pay the reasonable charges of said bank for <br />its services as paying agent. <br /> <br />4.
