<br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed
<br />to enter into the attached contraot with Keys Well Drilling
<br />Co.St. Paul, Minnesota in the name of the Village of New
<br />Brighton for the drilling of a deep well.
<br />
<br />. 2.. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized 'and directed to return
<br />forthwith to all bidders the deposit made 'With their bids,
<br />. , except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the
<br />next lOwest bidder shall be retained until a contradt has been
<br />signed.
