<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a'regular meeting of the

<br />Village Council' of the Viliage of New Brighton, Ninnespta, was duly held at j

<br />the Village Hall in the Village on Tuesday, the 23rd day of April, 1968 at
<br />
<br />8:00 o'clock P.M., C.S.T.

<br />RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF $950,000 IMPROVEMENT
<br />BONDS OF 1968 AND $800,000 ~AGE FACILITY BONDS
<br />OF 1968
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Conncil of the Village of
<br />New Brighton, as follows:
<br />
<br />1. The bid of American National Bank and ,Trust Company., St. Paul,
<br />Minnesota to purchase $950,000 Improvement Bonds of 1968 and $800,000 Sewage
<br />Facility Bonds of 1968, on the terms .set forth in the notice of sale is
<br />hereby determined to be the best bid and is hereby accepted, and the Mayor
<br />~d,;' Village Manager are hereby authorized and. directed to eXecute a contract
<br />, with the successful bidder and the treasurer is instructed to return the good
<br />faith checks of all unsuccessful bidders forthwith....- ,'.
<br />
<br />2. The form of such bonds and the inter~st coupons to be thereto
<br />attaohed, which forms are before this meeting, are' hereby approved and the
<br />Manager is, authorized to cause to be prepared bonds in such forms and in the
<br />:denominations and identifying the bank of payment specified by the successful
<br />bidder. .

<br />3. The. Village Council shall meet on Tuesday, the 14th day of May,
<br />,1968 at 8:00 0 I clock P.M., for the purpose of adoptihg final resolutions
<br />specifying all terms of the bonds, identifying the bond ~orm, providing funds
<br />" .for their payment and authorizing and ratifying action necessary for ~heir
<br />execution and delivery.
