" , ' ~ \ r After due consideration of all bids for such series of bonds, Councilman Nesser introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE Of $918,000 IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1969 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, as follows: 1. The bid of American National Bank & Trust Co. of St. Paul to purchase $918,000 Improvement Bonds of 1969, on the terms set forth in the notice of sal& is hereby determin~d to be the best bid and is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and Village Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with the successful bidder and the Treasurer is instructed to return the good faith checks of all unsuccessful bidders forthwith. 2. The form of such bonds and the interest coupons to be thereto attached, which forms are before this meeting, are hereby approved and the Manager is authorized to cause to be prepared bonds in such forms and in the denominations and identifying the bank of payment specified by the successful bidder. 3. The Village Council shall meet on Tuesday , the 26th day of August , 1969, at 8:00 0' clock ,.M., for the purpose of adopting final resolutions specifying all terms of the bonds, identifying the bond form, providing funds for their payment and authorizing and ratifying action necessary for their execution and delivery. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Moen and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, MOen, Nesser and Rebelein and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
