". <br /> . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 681 <br /> Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br /> Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special <br /> meeting of the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, <br /> Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall, in said Village <br /> on Tuesday, th~ 15th day of April, 1969 at 7:00 o'clock P.M.j C.S.T. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> ,Anderson, Moen, Rebelein and Romanski <br /> and the following were absent: Nesser <br /> * * * * * * * * * <br /> The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for <br /> the purpose of receiving sealed bids for the purchase of $7l4,000 <br /> Park Bonds and $l,200,000 Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1969, as <br /> advertised for sale. The Village Clerk presented affidavits <br /> shQwing publication of the notice of sale in the official newspaper <br /> and in Commercial West, which affidavits were examined and found <br /> satisfactory and ordered placed on file. <br /> The Village Clerk then presented the sealed bids <br /> received and opened by him pursuant to the notice of sale. <br /> Bids for the Temporary Improvement Bonds were examined and <br /> found to be as follows: <br /> Name of Bidder Interest'Rates Price <br /> The First National Bank <br /> of St. Paul, Minn. 4.70% $1,200,000 <br /> Northwestern National Bank <br /> of Mpls., Minn. 5.30% $1,200,000 <br /> I <br /> American National Bank <br /> & Trust Co., St. Paul, Minn. 4.75% $1,200,000 <br />
