Included in the foregoing detachment are all public and private rights-of-way abutting upon the described ~ parcles, to the end that the village boundary between the intersection of U.S. Highway 10 and Interstate Highway 35W, on the north, and the intersection of Interstate Highway 35W and Interstate Highway 694, on the south, shall be a line within the right-of-way of Interstate Highway 35W located on the median midway between the north-bound and south-bound road surfaces of said highway.
