That this resolution is conditioned upon the adoption of a companion resolution by the Village of Arden Hills to accomplish the purposes herein stated. . 4. That this resolution shall be forthwith tra~smitted to the Minnesota Municipal Commission for proceedings in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 4140060.
