<br /> r- ~ <br />, ~. . <br />;. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 885 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION REFERRING PETITION FOR PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT 71-18 TO <br /> ENGINEER FOR STUDY AND REPORT <br /> WHEREAS it is proposed to make the following improvement <br /> within the Village of New Brighton <br /> Location: 16th Avenue N.W. and 12A street N.W. <br /> Improvement By: Acquisition of Street right-of-way, opening, <br /> grading, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous <br /> base and surfacing, concrete curb and gutter. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br /> New Brighton, Minnesota that the proposed improvement be referred <br /> to Milner W. Carley and Associates for study artd that they be <br /> instructed to report to the Village Council with all convenient <br /> speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the <br /> proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether they should <br /> best be made as proposed improvement or in connection with some <br /> other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br /> recommended. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of October, 1970. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ---- <br /> ~~tj)aA~ <br /> Vernon C.
