<br /> , J. <br />t, -. <br /> EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> HELD October 27, 1970 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 881 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of New <br />Brighton, Minnesota, was held in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall of said Village <br />the 27th day of October 1970 at 8 P.M. <br /> , <br />The following members were present: Mayor Gayle C. Bromander, Councilmen <br />D .L. Moen, Thomas Morris, Joseph Nesser, Paul Rebelein <br />and the following members were absent: None <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order and announced that the meeting was open for con- <br />sideration of proposed reassessment of STREET IMPR. 69-25. After the discussion and <br />consideration of the various objections presented, Member Rebe1ein <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENT FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT 69-25 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINN. AS FOllOWS: <br />l. The a-sessment for Street Impr. 69-25 should be and is hereby amended as follows: <br />PROP. DESC. ORIGINAL ASSMT AS REVISED <br />63-5100-110-13 Alley 80 ft = 109.60 Alley 80ft= 109.6 <br />lots 10 and 11, Blk 13, Mounds View Park Street 80 ft =1358.40 <br /> 1468.00 <br />2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing amendment to <br /> said assessment is just and equitable, and necessary for a fair assessment for <br /> payment of the cost of said improvement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morris <br />and the vote taken thereof, the fo 11 owi ng voted in favor thereof: Bromander. Moen, <br />Morris, Nesser, Rebelein <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> cl~Bf'it.WBrighton <br />
