<br /> ,..... ,. . . , <br /> ~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 864 <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A VILLAGE BOND <br /> RATING <br /> WHEREAS currently the Village of New Brighton does not have <br /> a bond rating, and <br /> WHEREAS it appears to be in the economical interest of the <br /> Village of New Brighton to have established a municipal bond <br /> rating to improve the ability to sell bonds at a most favorable <br /> rate, and <br /> WHEREAS bond ratings are no longer provided at no cost, and <br /> WHEREAS it is in the Village interest that administrative <br /> personnel present material describing the Village's financial , <br /> operations and other characterist~cs to appropriate rating I <br /> firms <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE .1'1' RESOLVED, That the New Brighton Village <br /> Counc.il hereby autho.rizes the expenditure of $3,500 for the <br /> purposes of <br /> 1. Assembling of necessary material and data <br /> 2. Transportation, lodging, meals and related expenses for <br /> three administrative personnel <br /> 3.
