<br /> fI/' , "' r - ) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 835 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT AND SUBSTITUTION OF SECURTTIES <br /> ASSIGNED TO VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON BY PUBLIC DEPOSITORY <br /> WHEREAS designation of the First State Bank of New Brighton <br /> as o.epository of the public funds of the Village of New Brighton <br /> has heretofore been authorized: <br /> WIIEREAS in consideration of its designation as depository of <br /> public funds of the Village of New Brighton, the First State Bank <br /> of New Brighton executed agreement, approved by the vil11age <br /> council of New Brighton by Resolution No. 764, which assigns, <br /> transfers, and sets over to said Village certain securities of <br /> the total market value of $445,000: <br /> WHEREAS, a 'new ass'ignrnent of securities reflects the following <br /> pledged securities: <br /> $445jOOO FederC:11 Intermediate Credit Banks Due 4/1/71 <br /> NOW THEREFOREBE,IT RESOLVED, That the Village Council of <br /> New Brighton approve the agreement, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and ma.de a part thereof, the securities therein specified <br /> and the assignment thereof. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of July, 1970. <br /> ; <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ~~d2P~ <br /> Vernon C.
