<br />,. t. , , <br />. <br />After due consideration of all bids, Councilman ....... <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> lm.$Ot.U!lOll" ,. <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF $408,000 <br /> PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1970 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> New Brighton, as follows: <br />1. The bid of ....i... Mati...l a... _ad Trut Oe. <br /> t' .,. t.ll ~~~t. <br /> o purc ase'$ , Permanent Improvement Bonds of 1970, on the <br /> terms set forth in the notice of sale is hereby determined to be <br /> the best bid and is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and Village <br /> Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract <br /> with the successful bidder and the Treasurer is instructed to <br /> return the good faith checks of all unsuccessful bidders forthwith. <br />2. The form of such bonds and the interest coupons to <br /> be thereto attached, which form is before this meeting, is hereby <br /> approved and the Manager is authorized to cause to be prepared bonds <br /> in such form and in the denominations and identifying the bank of <br /> payment specified by the successful bidder. <br />3 .
