<br /> . )I .. ,. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 770 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL BY THE NEW BRIGHTON VILLA,GE COUNCIL TO THE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO GRANT PERMISSION TO OWNER <br />TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN COUNTY DITCH #2 THROUGH THEIR PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS Ramsey County Ditch #2 flows, in part, from 7th Street. <br />N.W.. to Freeway 694 through property owned by Belair Corporation <br />and Skyline Builders, Inc. , and <br /> WHEREAS Bel.air corporation and Skyline Builders, Inc. , have <br />filed and hag approved by the New Brighton Village Council a <br />Planned Residential Development #10 in accordance with Ordinance <br />#209, and <br /> WHEREAS the Planned Residential Development proVides for the <br />development of land owned by Belair corporation and Skyline <br />Builders, Inc. which lies on either side of County Ditch #2 <br />between 7th Street N.W. and Freeway 694, and <br /> WHEREAS it is advantageous to the Village of New Brighton and <br />Belair Corporation and Skyline Builders that the owners assume the- <br />cost of Cleaning and maintaining the County Ditch through their <br />property <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the New Brighton Village <br />Council transmit its approval to the Ramsey County Board of <br />Commissioners to grant permission to Belair Corporation and <br />Skyline Builders, Inc. to clean and maintain County Ditch #2 <br />through their Planned Residential Development #10 (Marion Estates), <br />on condition that cleaning and maintenance work must be approved <br />by the RamseY County Board of Commissioners and that such work <br />performed be subject to the supervision and control of the Ramsey <br />County EngineJ9r <br />Adopted this lOth day of February 1970. <br />ATTEST: <br />~.IJL,,':'- < <br /> . ), ~.~, <br />Vernon Pederson,!
