" .it <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 766 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING UPGRADED, ZONING AND LAND USE MAP AND ORDERING <br /> TRANSFER FROM CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO OTHER CURRENT EXPENSES OF <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the Village Of New Brighto:1. <br /> has requested that village zoning and land use maps be upgraded, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS the Council of the Village of New Brighton concurs <br /> with the Village Planning Commission, and <br /> WHEREAS the Village Planning Consultant,NIlson-Wehrman- <br /> Knight and Chapman has agreed to upgrade Village zoning and land <br /> use maps for an estimated cost of $2,000 <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Gouncil of the Village <br /> of New Brighton, That the Mayor and the Village Manager be <br />,~ authorized and directed to, execute such agreement with Nason- <br />,~ WehrmanTKnight and chapman <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Manager and Clerk-Treasurer <br /> be authorized and directed to effect a tra.nsfer from the <br /> contingency Account to Other Current Expenses within the Planning <br /> commission budget to tund such agreement. <br /> Adopted by the village Council of New Brighton this 27th day of <br /> January, 1970 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ;1 /1 <br /> (/ /? 1 <br /> l~ /JJ~ ~~,~-~ -- <br /> w.
