<br /> ). ~-.I~ <br /> , ." .:REsottl'rtoN NO~ c964' I" ,~ <br /> .....,1> : .. <br /> ",.'- ~ ." ,.(., ' .' <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> C QUNIJ:'Y "or RAl1$EY ,..:' ,,: \ <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW'BRIGHTON ' <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASS~SSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br /> PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING <br /> Extract of Minutes of the Village of New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> ~ r.:. <br /> ,Pursuant to due call and notice,thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> village council of the village of New Brighton, Minnesota was helCi <br /> at the village Hall in said Village on the 20th day of July, 1971 <br /> at 8:00 p.m. with the follow~ng members, present: <br /> Bromander, Fisher, Moen, Morris, Rebelein <br /> and the following members absent: None <br /> Councilman Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING <br /> PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF <br /> HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT 68-8, 69-4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, ll, <br /> l2, 13,14, 15, l7, 19, 20, 22, 23, and 26 ," <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA <br /> l. The cost of such improvements to be specially assessed <br /> is hereby declared to be $973,9l4.96. <br /> 2. The village Clerk with the assistance of the Village <br /> Engineer shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to <br /> be specially assessed for such improvement against <br /> every assessable lot, place or parcel of land within <br /> the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, <br /> as provided by law and shall file a copy of such <br /> proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. <br /> 3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed <br /> assessments notify the Council thereof. <br /> 4. That a public hearing on the proposed assessment be set <br /> for August l2, 1971 at 7:00 p~m. at the Village Hall. <br /> 5.
