The Village of New Brighton agrees to be responsible for any <br /> damage to the easement premises or improvements hereafter erected <br /> on said easement premises caused by explosions or other matters <br /> incidental to the sewer. <br /> 5. The Village of New Brighton agrees that it will furnish to <br /> owner-respondents, or their successors, or as signs, a certificate by <br /> the village engineer in a recordable form, that any structure built on <br /> the easement has been constructed in compliance with all engineering <br /> requirements of this Stipulation. <br /> 6. The Village of New Brighton agrees that it will, as a condition <br /> precedent to the filing of this Stipulation and the dismis sal of this action, <br /> adopt a resolution that the Village of New Brighton accepts all the <br /> conditions in this Stipulation. The Village will further furnish to <br /> owner-respondents, or their successors and as signs, in a recordable form, <br /> a certified copy of said resolution. <br /> 7.
