<br />~. ,"', <br /> 920 .. -" <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 71-16AND PREPARATION OF <br />FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />WHEREAS a resolution of the Village Council adopted <br />the 26th day of January , 19 71 fixed a date for a council <br />hearing on the following proposed improvement~ <br />Location: Area bounded by 18th street N.W. <br /> 29th Avenue N.W., Rice Creek Road <br /> and Stinson Blvd. <br />Improvement By: Acquisition of street right-of-way, <br /> opening, grading, sanitary sewer, <br /> watermain, storm sewer, concrete <br /> curb and gutter, bituminous base <br /> and surfacing. <br />Estimated cost: $55,398.60 <br />AND WHEREAS ten days published notice of hearing through <br />two weekly publications of the required notice and 10 days <br />mailed notice to effected property owners was given and the <br />hearing was held on February 25, 1971 , at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to <br />be heard thereon, and all objections were heard and passed <br />upon~ <br />NOW TH~REFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TH~ COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON' <br />l. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br /> the Council resolution adopted the 26th day of <br /> January , 19 71 <br />2. Milner Carley and Associates is hereby designated <br /> as the engineer for this improvement.
