<br />. .... <br />, ... <br /> . . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1170 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 73-9 AND PREPARATa:ON OF FINAL <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS a resolution of the Village Council adopted the <br />14th day of November, 1972 fixed a date for a council hearing <br />on the following pmposed improvement: <br /> Location: Area generally bounded by I-694 on the south, <br /> Village limits on the west, 14th Street N.W. <br /> on the north and 23rd Avenue N.W. on the <br /> east. <br /> Improvement By: Acquiring utility and construction easements <br /> and installation of storm sewer pipe and <br /> appurtenances on 27th Avenue N.W. from <br /> approximately 300 feet south of Palmer Drive <br /> to approximately l3A Street N.W. and Palmer' <br /> Drive between Silver Lake Road and 27th <br /> Avenue N.W. <br /> Estimated Cost: $158,410.00 <br /> AND WHEREAS ten days published notice of hearing through two <br />weekly publications of the required notice and 10 days mailed <br />notice to affected property owners was given and the hearing was <br />held on November 30, 1972, at which time all persons desiring to be <br />heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and all <br />objections were heard and passed upon <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of New Brighton , <br /> 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br /> Council resolutiond.adppted the 14th day of November, 1972 <br /> 2. Milner Carley and Associates is hereby designated as <br /> the engineer for this improvement.
