OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 73-2 AND PREPARATION OF FINAL <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />WHEREAS a resolution of the Village Copncil adopted the <br />14th day of November, 1972 fixed a date for a council hearing <br />on the following proposed improvement: <br />Location: Stinson Blvd. from County Road "E" north <br /> approximately 600 feet, County Road "E" <br /> from Stinson Blvd. east approximately 600 <br /> feet and a proposed street to be located on <br /> a parcel of land containing approximately <br /> 7 acres at the norhteast corner of Stinson <br /> Blvd. and County Road "E" <br />Improvement by: Acquiring, opening street right of way, <br /> grading, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm <br /> sewer, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous <br /> base and surf~cing <br />Estimated Cost:$93,880.00 <br />AND WHEREAS ten days published notice of hearing through <br />two weekly publications of the required notice and 10 days <br />mailed notice to affected property owners was given and the <br />hearing was held on November 30, 1972 at which time all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br />thereonl and all objections were heard and passed upon <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of New Brighton: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br /> Council resolution adopted the 14th day of November, <br /> 1972, <br />2. Milner Carley and Associates is hereby designated as <br /> the engineer for this improvement.
