<br /> ".,. l <br />~- * <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1155 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO SECURE CERTAIN UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS BY NEGOTIATION OR CONDEMNATION <br />WHEREAS Ramsey County pursuant to public hearings has ordered <br />certain public improvements on which construction will commence <br />in the year 1972, said improvement being known as SAP No. 62-677-02: <br />and SAP No. 62-619-01, and otherwise known as the upgrading of the <br />intersection of Old Trunk Highway #8 and County Road "0", and <br />WHEREAS it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest <br />that the Village of New Brighton relocate existing utilities, <br />and:'in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary to acquire <br />certain permanent utility easements <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village Attorney <br />is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to acquire such <br />necessary easements by negotiation~ and if necessary, under the <br />rights of the Village of New Brighton of eminent domain <br />Adopted by the New Brighton Village Council this 14th day of <br />November, 1972 <br /> Mayor <br /> c/ilbTf(le; -qt;:;/" U"A ' <br /> Thomas F.
